Terms of sale and licence

Pixels & Us is run by Piyush Kaushik (kaushikdev.com). By buying from Pixels & Us you agree to these terms.
What you buy
- Every product is a digital download (PDF). Nothing physical is shipped.
- Files are ready-made and not editable. Colours can differ slightly between screens and printers.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. You pay by card (through Razorpay) or with PayPal. The total you see at checkout is what you pay.
- The Holiday Season Discount (25% off 3 or more gifts) applies automatically in your bag.
- You don’t need an account to buy. If you sign in, you get an extra 10% off on top.
- Payments are encrypted and processed by Razorpay or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Your downloads appear as soon as payment is confirmed. Each download link works for 7 days. If it stops working, you can get a new link on Get my downloads with your email and payment ID. See the delivery policy.
Your licence
Every design, text and file in this shop belongs to Pixels & Us. When you buy, you get a personal licence to use the files. You may:
- print them as many times as you like for yourself, and give the printed pages as gifts;
- use activity packs with your own family, class, office team or care group.
You may not:
- share, resell, upload, email or otherwise distribute the files, in their original form or a modified one;
- sell printed copies, or use the files in anything you sell;
- copy the designs, wording, content or structure of the files or this shop to make similar products;
- claim the files or designs as your own.
Breaking these rules ends your licence, and we may take action to protect our work.

Liability
The files are provided as described. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
