Privacy policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
Pixels & Us is run by Piyush Kaushik (kaushikdev.com) and keeps as little about you as it can. You never need an account to buy.
What we keep
- For each order: your email, what you bought, the amount, the date, and the payment reference from Razorpay or PayPal.
- Whether you ticked “Email me when new gifts arrive”.
- If you choose to sign in with Google: your name, email and profile picture, your favourites, your bag, and the orders you place while signed in.
Why
- To deliver your downloads, and to give you a new download link if yours stops working.
- To give signed-in shoppers their discount, favourites, saved bag and past downloads.
- For our accounts and tax records, as the law requires.
- To email you about new gifts, only if you ticked the box. Every such email lets you unsubscribe.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which gifts people view, save, add to their bag and buy, so we can make better ones. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose “That’s fine” on the cookie message. No advertising cookies are used, ever.
What we never see
Your card details. Razorpay and PayPal handle payment under their own privacy policies, over encrypted connections.
Who else handles data
- Razorpay and PayPal, which take payments.
- Google, for optional sign-in (Firebase) and for analytics.
- Cloudflare, which stores the files and order records.
- Netlify, which hosts this website.
How long
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires (at least six years), then deleted. Account data is deleted when you ask us to.
Your choices
Email piyush.kaushik02@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete your account, or stop marketing emails. We never sell your data.
