Cancellations

Downloads are delivered the moment payment is confirmed, so an order can’t be cancelled after paying.

Refunds

Because files can’t be returned, we don’t refund change-of-mind purchases. We do refund or fix the problem when:

• a file won’t download, open or print;
• the file isn’t what the product page described;
• you were charged twice for the same order.

How to ask

Email piyush.kaushik02@gmail.com within 14 days of buying, with your payment ID. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually show them within 5–7 working days.
