Delivery policy

Last updated 4 November 2026

• Everything is a digital download. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.
• Your download page opens as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within seconds, anywhere in the world.
• Each download link works for 7 days. If it stops working, go to Get my downloads, enter your email and payment ID, and you’ll get a new link. If you were signed in when you bought, your downloads are always in My account.
• Coupon books and prints are A4 PDFs; activity packs are US Letter. On the other paper size, choose “Fit to page” when printing.

If your downloads don’t appear within 30 minutes of paying, email piyush.kaushik02@gmail.com with your payment ID and we’ll send the files.
